Fiona EvansUpdated Humans take the easiest route, even if it's the most painful

....someone very wise said this to me today.
It was a real “aha” moment for me.
It’s like the “boiling frog” scenario…
Throw a frog into a pot of boiling water and it would try its best to jump out,
but if it’s in cold water that warms up to boiling point, it will sit there and take the pain until it is an ex-frog.
This is Diabetes Type 2.
It doesn't happen overnight, so the pain isn’t instant; you don’t feel the need to jump out.
Instead, we take the drugs (sticking plasters) and carry on with the same behaviour that made us sick.
Then the drugs stop working like they used to or we need more drugs, and/or the side effects are debilitating, so the water starts to heat up a bit.
Lots will sit in the painful pot until they lose their eyesight or a limb, because it’s too uncomfortable to take a different route out of the pot.
The thing is, a different route doesn’t _have_ to be hard.
On my program, “Reclaim Your Health, Naturally” I hold your hand EVERY step of the way and guide you through the simple baby steps to get you back in control of your health.
My clients often say to me “I can’t believe how great I feel, so quickly AND it’s SO EASY!”
